Sandra Feist is an immigration attorney, a State Representative in the Minnesota House of Representatives, and an Adjunct Professor of Law at the University of St. Thomas School of Law. She is a partner at Grell Feist PLC where she practices primarily in the area of employment-based immigration law and is a National Mentor with the American Immigration Lawyers Association. She has worked in the field of immigration law for over 20 years.
Emphasis on employment-based immigration and extensive experience with family-based immigration.
Specialties: Employment-based and family-based immigration law, including: PERM Labor Certifications, H-1B Petitions, First Preference Immigrant Petitions, and family-based sponsorship processes; All issues pertaining to International Medical Graduates, including J-1 Waivers, Physician National Interest Waivers and Immigrant Petitions for Physician-Scientists.
Sandra also serves as a legislator in the Minnesota House of Representatives.
